Report R054101 as part of JDE 9.0 ESS

We have a report, R054101 that runs as part of our JDE 9.0 ESS process.  It is showing 10 pages of exceptions, and is not moving employee data from ESS to the F060116.  Any ideas on why?  How can we fix this?
