package delete sinchronization

Hi,

I delete all old paquages from deployment server , gh9083, select and delete, but I see the E1 path /apps/JDEE1ASP/JDE900/jdedwards/e900/packages and notice there were several packages there!

1.so, ..what is the reason doesn't delete from app JDE? seems there were no sinchronization between deploy<->E1?

2.do I could I delete it directly? ..I means aix command rm - packagename     ?
