How can I import (update) business processes into production from stage (v15)?

I updated some forms for a business process and deployed it in stage, but I can't seem to deploy it in production.  I have reviewed the v15 user guide and followed the directions for importing through bundling, but it doesn't seem to be updating in production.  We recently moved to version 15 (from 9) so I have never updated BPs in this updated system.
