Copying from a Pre-existing Award (PA_CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE)
When we are attempting to copy from a Pre-existing award, we hit the "Copy To" button.
We are immediately getting the error in the subject line.
This is happening in our 11.5.10.2 version.
Do we have any idea what is causing this error?
Please remember, we are copying from a pre-existing, valid Award.
