Get the order header and line info using Item name and serial number

Hi All,

I am working on RMA interface, for this interface  The user will provide me the Item Number (mtl_system_items.segment1) and item serial number with these two information i need to fetch the

order details like (order header id and line id ).

Please help me on this. Thank in advance.
