Java SE patchesin the CPU JUL 2015

  I am new to CPU patches. I am planning to apply the July 2015 CPU in our R121.1.3 environments. I have some basic questions on the security patches listed for Java SE product:

Are the Java SE patches listed in the CPU applicable for Oracle E-Business suite application tops? and 101.3 home, should I apply these patches?  In other words, are the Java SE patches meant for Java installations
outside of E-Business suite ony?
