Oracle Application Crashes While Loading Data Using Forms Data Loader

Hi All,

We are using Data Loader to load data into one of the custom Oracle Form. But after loading 100 rows and saving the data, the entire Oracle Application crashes. It was not happening in all the instances but in one instance of Oracle Application. Please let me know if someone has solution to this problem.
