Tree tab loading issue in Fatwire CS 7.0.3 after JVM Upgrade

edited Aug 10, 2015 2:26PM in Oracle WebCenter Sites (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi Team,

Fatwire tree tab fails to load if the JVM version is 7 and above. We have noticed this in Windows 7  and Windows 8,8.1 machines

Even after following the workaround below it is not working

1. Lower the client Java security setting from "High" to "Medium" via the Java control panel.

2. Enter the host / domain you want an exception for

a. Go to Configure Java (Click the Windows icon - bottom left corner - and search for "Configure Java")

b. Go to Security tab

c. Click the "Edit Site List" button

d. Enter the host / domain you want an exception for.

(NOTE: Going to the Windows Control Panel and clicking the Java icon may give you a different configuration tool, with a different Security tab that does not have the Edit Site List button)

Howdy, Stranger!
