Unable to Enable an Inventory Organization as WMS enabled

Hi,

When trying to enable an existing inventory organization as 'WMS Enabled'in Organization Parameters , getting the below error

''  APP-INV-86711: Following  conditions do not satisfy to enable warehouse Management for this organization Receiving Transactions exist for this organization''

This is happening in R12  Instance for this particular inventory.I tried to enable another Inventory which also had open receiving transactions and i was able to do so.

I searched Oracle Support for this error  - APP-INV-86711 but i am not getting any hits for this.

As far as i know, System does not stop you to enable an inventory as WMS enabled irrespective of the open transactions.
