Hi Team,

We see an issue with contract template creation. When saving any contract as a template ORA-2004: Unknown Company. ( 1/2 ) and caution OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode-1) (SQLerrm=User-DefinedException) (2/2)  is received.

The same happens when we try to copy line from a contract to another/same contract using copy from contract/template.

On checking in the community found one note Doc ID 1939583.1 related to the issue which asks for a patch 14478599:R12.OKS.B application.

Also, I checked the contract templates in the setup but could not find any as the OU is also not getting populated.

Please advise how to fix the template issue.
