Demantra 12.2.3 response/refresh times

hi,

I was hoping to get some feedback as to the response/refresh times associated to other implementations of Demantra. In our production instance, users have experienced log in times of over 1 minute but not longer than 2 minutes. Is this common amongst other implementations? Not all users experience this but the varying time to log in is very common. Secondly, we see some very long load times for the data to be displayed when opening or refreshing worksheets. At the highest level of data, a worksheet can take anywhere from 3 minutes to over 5 minutes to open. Worksheets with
