Hyperion Planning database refresh take long time to complete

Hi experts,

We have a planning app with a unique cube, I have created 10 new accounts (Dense) and my refresh is taking 2 hours and still processing. Is there any alternative to get to know how much time delay to finish? and How can improve the time of this refreshing process?
