ALERT ODA X5-2 Diskgroup Corruption Due to Invalid ASM Block Header [ENDIAN_KFBH] for Devices Larger Than 2TB with ADVM Volume on X5-2 ODA - (Doc ID 2038152.1)

FIXED in 12.1.2.4 - Now Available

Fixes are included as attachments to the note.

The patching is rolling

More information may be included in the note over time

- So refer to the note for updates

Having the X5-2 does not mean you have corruption currently.

X5-2 is subject to this bug due to the larger disks

However, the bug is generic ASM / ACFS and equivalent fixes exist outside of the X5-2 ODA.
