RAC 12c RDBMS Install on RHEL6 Exception String: Error in invoking target 'irman ioracle' of makefil

Hi ,

I have been trying to setup a RAC 12c environment in my laptop on Red HAT EL 6.4 (x86_64) as shown in the below configuration but It seems that the RDBMS software hangs when reaching the RMAN utility step.

the workaround I tried from forums suggestion didn't succeed so far.  Did anybody experienced this error or have any of you at least an insight and the root cause and the solution regarding this issue?

1-Configuration:

Lab tool:             ORACLE Virtual box (win7)

Guest platform:   RHEL 6.4  linux x86_64

Nodes:               2 (london1,london2)

Node configuration:

Physical memory           2.8G

4x asm shared disks of  4G each
