Batch element entry and Element with Associated Costing- Transfer incomplete, error

BEE process validates and transfer batch

Completes processes successfully

Transfer shows incomplete

Reviewing batch all lines show error

Even testing remove the future date default.

Think this has something to do with the "Election Worker Pay" set up?
