OEM12c: How to move my oem 12.1.0.5 Single-OMS non-HA environment to a new host

Hello,

I have an OEM12c 12.1.0.5 Single-OMS non-HA installation and I want to migrate it to a new host.

Current Host:

     Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.2 x86_64

     Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.5 ( Single-OMS non-HA )

     Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 x86_64 + Patch 11061801

     * there is no - Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.3 for Standalone Server (ASM , non-RAC)

New Host

     Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.1 x86_64

     Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.5 ( Single-OMS non-HA )

     Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12.1.0.2.4 for Standalone Server ( ASM , non-RAC)

     Oracle Database 12.1.0.2.4 x86_64

I know how to move the Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 to the new host and upgrade the database to 12.1.0.2.4.

But how do I reinstall / reconfigure OEM12c in the new host?
