JQuery Mobile in Siebel 15?

Hi,

I have used Siebel 8.1.1.11 for developing mobile applications. It uses JQuery mobile and it has the list applet look like a scrollable sections. But in Siebel 15, I see that the mobile version is not downloading the JQuery mobile javascript files at all. The mobile application looks like a minimized version of desktop application. The list applet does not render as earlier. I know that in Siebel 15, the mobile applications have responsive web design. I have PM/PR files that extend the JQM renderer files. Do I need to reconfigure these?
