Adding Order Number to application #P4113

i have created a new copy of the application P4113 with the new business view  ,then i have added the order number /type to headerless details Form, to allow the user entered  the order number for some cases , but actually when i press on the save button ,it will save all rows except these new columns ??? any solutions please ??
