how to enable Multi Currency for a project after it is created?

Hi

Anyone knows how to enable (tick) Multi Currency after creating the project - after creating the Project I went back to the project set up and under Currency ~ Billing I could not tick Enable Multi Currency Billing

On the Implementation Option ~ Billing, I have ticked Enable Multi Currency billing.
