OVM Manager upgrade (from its current version 3.3.2 to version 3.3.3) failed

OVM Manager upgrade (from its current version 3.3.2 to version 3.3.3) failed  at " Verifying upgrading prerequisites ..." It gives the following message

Verifying upgrading prerequisites ...

Oracle VM Manager can only be installed on a 64 bit Oracle Linux version 5.5 and higher.

Current version is 'oracle' version '6.7'

Configuration verification failed ...


We had recently applied latest OS patches and upgrade Oracle Linux from version 6.6 to 6.7

Oracle Linux version (OVM Manager version 3.3.2 is currently running)

# cat /etc/oracle-release

Oracle Linux Server release 6.7

Kindly share your thoughts how do we upgrade the OVM version from its 3.3.2 to 3.3.3
