Siebel Home Page taking long time to load for some users sometimes

Hi,

We have upgraded the application to 8.1.1.14 IP2014 PS 6. The issue we are facing is for some users, sometimes the home page takes long time to load 5-6 mins after entering the credentials. The issue is not consistent. It happens sometimes not always. Also, one day it may happen for some login, the next day for some other login.

Please let us know if someone has faced this issue before.
