SIM : DSDreceipt message from SIM for a DEX receiving is not updating the SOH in RMS

Steps to recreate

Pre-requisite:

Enable "DSDReceipt" Family in MPS_WORKER_TYPE

capture the SOH in RMS.ITEM_LOC_SOH table for the store/item combination

1.  Process a DEX file into SIM

2.  Login to SIM application >  Shipping receiving > Direct Delivery :  the delivery will  be available without PO number linked to it and status as DEX/NEX

3. Receive all the qty in the delivery and confirm the same in SIM

4. Check the SIM SOH  - SIM soh  for the item location will be updated with the qty received in the DEX file

5. Check the ordhead table in RMS - Order is generated with type = DSD and order number is RMS generated
