How does jqmcontrol work in Mobile applications in Siebel 8.1.1.11?

Hi,

In view detail web template in Mobile application, the below line of HTML is present. It renders as back button in mobile device.On click it toggles between list and form applets. In tablet device, it does not render at all. How does this work.
