Promotion - update/delete from line item

Hello –

We want ability that when a promotion is changed or removed from one line item, all line items that allow that promotion are updated to match. This includes all existing line items in the quote and all subsequently added line items.

- When user change the promotion on a specific single line item, all line items that allow the revised promotion are updated to match the last value entered.

- When user remove the promotion on a specific single line item, all line items that had the same promotion are updated to match.

- When user add a new line item to a quote that already has a promotion selected, if allowed the new line will get the same promotion that has been applied to other lines.
