I am working on EBS CPU patching strategy. As per that oracle note, it seems we need patch oracle (all homes),Java, Fusion middleware components (OHS,OC4J) etc., and then apply EBS CPU. I would like to know the pre-requisites for EBS CPU and also what would be the EBS CPU impact on the EBS environment
