blocking request due to missing or invalid CSRF token

We have 3 physical servers with EPM 11.1.2.3.500 installed. Installed components: Shared services, RA Framework Agents (core), RA Framework Service, Web Logic Application server, Reporting and Analyis (IR and SQR). Using F5 Load balancer and reverse proxy.  Getting intermittent (though daily) errors when logging into workspace.  error in Framework log "blocking request due to missing or invalid CSRF token".  We are still testing the install so there are only 2 of us logging in. Server times are all identical, no lags.
