Timezone showing different in reported field and Log and Notes field in SR form

Hello,

When an SR is created.See that time displayed are different in reported field and in log and notes field. I created an SR and then  immediately entered notes in log and notes section. In the reported field, timestamp is 03-AUG-2015 10:06:52 and in the Log and Notes section timestamp is 03-AUG-2015 15:10:24.

Attached screenshot for details.

Any guidance on the above is really appreciated.
