ACA Eligibility - How to use the Dates in the Workbench. General questions around the ACA Workbench

Hello Group!

 

I have a some questions are using the ACA Workbench, the eligibility records and how to use the dates and Calculation Methods in the workbench when submitting an eligibility run.

 

 

  1. Can or should the Look-Back method be used every month run say at the beginning of the month for the previous month?  What is the Look-Back Method intended for?  Should it really only be run once a year for the entire year. 
  2. Should the Monthly Method be used monthly and run say at the beginning of every month for the previous month f?  What is the Monthly Method intended for?
