EIM Export System Column data

Currently we are running Siebel 8.1.1.10.  On the last export, November, the CREATED column in the EIM did not proerly populate with the date from the base table and instead populated with the export date.  Can you provide any information as to why this might have occurred since in the past, the CREATED column has been populated with the base table data.
