can we remove complete transaction Payables , financials receivables even GL data without removing s

We have done many transactions pertaining to last year in Oracle Financials and SCM, after few days we have not used system and we were continuing in tally, so management requested us to delete complete transactions which belong to last year, is there any way we can remove all data and retain all setups in oracle.
