Slow processing from S_SRM_REQUEST Table

Hi All,

We are experiencing a very slow processing from S_SRM_REQUEST Table and a high number of records are in QUEUED Status in S_SRM_REQUEST Table.

Can you please help us with finetuning our components configuration to increase the consumption from this table.

Below is our configuration :-

We have 10 Servers where WfProcMgr Components are enabled with Max Tasks = 100 but the active tasks at any point are 5 at the max in the each of the server.

SR Broker Max Tasks is set to 100 in all 10 Servers and Tasks reach upto max 80 in all the Servers.

Since Tasks are not reaching Max Tasks, we are suspecting it will not help us increasing the parameter values.
