How to prevent changes in iProcurement after PO created and approved ?

1. Requisitions created in iProcurement.

2. PO created through "autocreate" function after requisition created.

3. PO created and approved.

4. PR preparer is able to make the changes in iProcurement by click on the "Change" button, even after PO is approved.

5. Any method to prevent PR preparer to make change to the PR in iProcurement after PO is approved.
