Picklist Component under Job Parameters not working. Siebel 8.1.1.14

When trying to create a new record under Job Templates, the picklist Component is not working. The dropdown upon clicking the arrow adjacent to the field does not come down or show any behaviour.

I have just upgraded my prod environment from Siebel 7.8 to 8.1.1.14.

Upon checking the ObjMgr logs i get the following error.SBL-DAT-00225: The value entered in field Component of buscomp Component Job does not match any value in the bounded pick list Batch Component Admin Picklist.

Am not able to proceed with job creation.

Please help.PiPikc
