Remove blank tags with help of eText template

Hi Team,

We have create one extract which produces historical transactional data for an employee but it generates blank tags as well. While converting data into .txt format by the help of eText template it creates multiple blank rows for the blank tags present in xml output.

Refer attached xml output file, eText template and the converted data in .txt format. Please assist with the way to remove these blank rows generation with the help of eText template.
