Printer issue for any report printing from Oracle Applications

Hi Team,

One of our customers is facing an issue related to printer only when they print through Oracle Applications.

On the same printer other documents from Word, Excel etc. can be printed.

For the reports from submitting the service request, there is no printout generated for report output.

SR # is 3-11038522001 (SD_F10_FINANCE_ORACLE2 Printer Error).

Appreciate your help/assistance in this case if anyone has faced the similar issue.
