EBS platform migration for R12.2

I am trying to find a document which lists the steps to migrate an apps Tier R12.2 of EBS to a different platform. I found a document Application Tier Platform Migration with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 438086.1)   for R12.1.x but not for R12.2.  There are also documents that mention about migrating with upgrades to R12.2, but not the scenario that i am looking for.

Has anyone done these kind of migrations before?
