Multiple Lead Times by customer and state

At the moment in JDE we have defined one delivery lead time per state. i.e. JDE is configured so that  all deliveries in a given state have the same delivery lead time.

 

As our distribution network is growing, we need to have:

 

 

1) at least multiple delivery lead times in a given state

 

2) ideally multiple delivery lead times in a given state by customer (this second requirement must be confirmed)

 

 

Please let me know if / how these requirements can be tackled and how to proceed.
