Create a pop up message (in Contact Center and Service Request forms) for critical customers
Hi All,
We have a requirement related to pop up message on SR /Contact Centre form for particular customers.
Users want to create a pop up message (in Contact Center and Service Request forms) for critical customers.
Requirements: if we have a customer marked as critical, a pop-up message will appear to notify the Dispatcher (in Contact Center and Service Request forms) that the customer is a critical customer.
We will have about 10 different classifications for critical customer accounts. As I understand from reading up on this, we can create relationship plans which will trigger a script for a customer that is critical---see this from Oracle Help:
