JDE: PKG: E1: How to verify the Client Selection on an installed Update Package

I deployed an update package and I was told some clients didn't get the update, so they're asking me to give a proof that I selected all the servers, but I can't find the way to show which clients were selected.

This is all I got from P9631:

Any ideas? I also couldn't find any log with this info.
