Unable to use R98403B

Hi All,

We are trying to use R98403B for Bulk Table copy for our Upgrade Process. While running R98403B we are facing below error, but we were able to use R98403 successfully.

  OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

  JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
