BI Publisher for Oracle Peoplesoft

We in our organisation have the Peoplesoft Application and we have the Crystal Reports as the reporting tool to generate the PDF reports. Now Crystal reports will no longer be supported by oracle Peoplesoft in future version, we are now looking into converting all the crystal reports layout to BIP layouts. While trying so we find it a bit difficult to find the very equivalent features of the Crystal reports like, we will be dynamically hide or unhide a particular piece of section based on some conditions (mainly based on some values calculated at runtime).
