Data verification tool after upgrade

Hi

Need Data verification tool   for verifying the data after upgrade. Currently we are moving from oracle 10g( From sun servers) to oracle 12(Linux). So wanted to make sure all the data is intact  in source and target. What is the best tool to do this .
