Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

using adpatch ... applying PATCH

using adpatch ... applying patch A ... containing a form ... it fails with error due to directory language mismatch.

Later trying to apply patch B which only contains a simple move of a .sql file. Completely un-related to patch A.

It errors with the same message as patch A did. When I restarted adpatch, I told it NOT to continue with the previous patch session.

Right now, in this environment, regardless of the patch I am trying to apply, it dies with the error message from patch A.

How can I get adpatch to forget about this failed patch attempt?
