Upgrading to Oracle Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.5

Certification document says OEM 12.1.0.5 supports Oracle Database 11.2.0.3. Yet I cannot find a DB 11.2.0.3 template supporting OEM 12.1.0.5. Does anyone know how to find this?
