Payroll Driver UBEs R07200 & R07300 not getting triggered.

I am facing a strange problem with Payroll Workbench since this morning. I thought of checking with experts in the forum to see if anyone has
come across this issue in your experience. We have been processing multiple payrolls for our group companies for more than a year. All of a sudden
we are not able to process any of the steps in payroll. We tried running pre-payroll but UBE R07200 is not getting triggered and tried resetting payroll
for another payroll where pre-payroll is already run but R07300 is not getting fired. This is not specific to one payroll ID and also not specific to one user.
