Cannot member search in Smartview planning web form

Hello -

We have a web-form that we're using SmartView to open.  Smart View Version:  11.1.2.1.103; Planning is the same.

We have a few dimensions in the POV that display at the top when used a Planning connection is made in Smart View.

The issue is the the dimension dimension drop-down in the page.  The drop-down correctly displays all the members BUT unlike the web-form, user cannot start typing on the page for the list to narrow down.

For example, I cannot begin to type the name of the account by which it will narrow my list to the matches.  The hierarchy is huge and this is something we need in SV to work.
