Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. My client's configuration is:

- EnterpriseOne 9.1 apps, Tools Release 9.1.5.1

- Deployment Server: Windows Server 2008 R2

- PLANNER database is Oracle 11g

Would I re-encrypt a new password for the JDE account using the ReconfigureMSDE.exe program. (Ref Oracle 1138805.1)?
