Please uptake Patch 20975273:R12.CSI.B at the Earliest Opportunity!

Code bug 20975273 was found to result in allowing subsequent transactions to interface with Install Base before previous transactions had interfaced resulting in data corruption issues.  This issue has been addressed by Oracle Development and the fix is provided in the above mentioned patch. There are also a large number of other issues addressed in this recommended patch release. Please see IB Error Caused By Later Inventory Transaction Was Interfaced to Installed Base First (Doc ID 2045353.1) for more details. This recommended patch has been added to the IB Analyzer
