CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command '/oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/bin/srvctl start

Whenever we ran the root.sh as a part of RAC installation, we encounter with the below error. Can anyone please help me on this.

2015/08/05 06:10:11 CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command '/oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/bin/srvctl start nodeapps -n eecsaruh6hoa081' (error code 1)

2015/08/05 06:10:12 CLSRSC-287: FirstNode configuration failed

Died at /oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/crs/install/crsinstall.pm line 2398.

The command '/oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/perl/bin/perl -I/oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/perl/lib -I/oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/crs/install /oracle/odmgrid/12.1.0.2/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed
