Manager Self Service/Return to work form
Hi, does anyone use manager self service to complete return to work forms for sickness for employees. If so how is yours set up? Do you use drop down selections, look up tables etc, do you have any issues with it, i.e. taking a long time to complete. Any info on what you do would be fantastic as we are recording lots of calls of ours being slow and taking up to 30 mins to complete, so lots of frustrated managers.
